Online Booking
You can book online.
Your booking will only be validated after our confirmation.
You can pay for your stay by credit card online or by bank transfer.
Practical Information
- A 30% deposit of the total price of the stay is required at the time of booking. The booking becomes final upon receipt of this deposit.
- A rental contract will be emailed to you for signature after your booking is confirmed.
- The full balance of your stay is due no later than 30 days before your arrival.
- During pre-high, high, and very high season periods, rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed.
- We welcome you between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM on your arrival day.
- Departure must take place before 10:00 AM on your departure day.
- All accommodations are non-smoking.
- To preserve the peace of the estate and the comfort of all our guests, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets.
- The pool is open in season and freely accessible, provided guests respect the peace and comfort of all guests.
- The towels provided in the cottages are for indoor use only. To use the pool, please bring your own bath towels.
- As the pool is not supervised, use is entirely at the guests' own responsibility. Particular vigilance is required for children.
- Children remain under the exclusive responsibility of their accompanying adults, especially in outdoor areas and around the pool.
- The maximum occupancy stated for each cottage must be strictly respected.
- End-of-stay cleaning and household linens (sheets and bathroom towels) are included in the rate.
- A security deposit of €300 is required on arrival. It will be returned after the departure inspection, provided no damage is found.
- Logis de l'Épinière is a place of calm and relaxation. To preserve this atmosphere, parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted.
